Abstract

LLM agents fail in regulated programming work when their execution is unstructured. GxP-Agent organizes clinical trial programming as a process DAG — typed nodes for data ingestion, derivation, validation, metadata application, and export — so that agent behavior is constrained, replayable, and auditable. The topology yields measurably higher task reliability than free-form agent loops and produces the evidence trails GxP review requires.
